Wagging Tail Dog Training
About the instructor: Judy Bandlow (owner of Wagging Tail Dog Training) has been teaching dog obedience for over 30 years. Her goal is for you and your dog to have fun while learning to work as a team. Judy believes in a positive approach to dog training to produce a happy, tail wagging dog.
The first class is an OWNER ORIENTATION WITHOUT DOGS (except for Novice). Most other classes are held at Glacier Park Elementary in the play shed although there are two class dates at the Lake Wilderness Lodge. Please make a note of class location to avoid confusion during the session(see schedule below). Have questions about class? Please call Judy at 253-631-7002. Classes are open to dog owners age 12 and over. Note: anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Owners MUST show proof of current immunizations!
(KPT)Kindergarten Puppy Training-Puppies do not attend the first class @LWL!
Start your puppy off on the right “paw” with proper first experiences during the important socialization periods of puppyhood. This is an introduction to the learning and training process for puppies’ age 8 weeks to 5-1/2 months. Your puppy will learn to heel on a leash, come when called, sit and down stays. You can also earn your AKC S.T.A.R. certificate. S.T.A.R. = Socialization, Training, Activity, Responsible owner.

Beginner Dog Obedience Classes-Dogs do not attend the first class @ LWL!
A class for the family pet of all breeds. Dogs are taught to heel on a leash, come when called, sit and down stays and more. Learn about dog behavior, correcting common problems, nutrition and more. Learning basic manners prepares you for further training, obedience or rally competition, or earning your Canine Good Citizen certificate.
*Please note schedule for this class: First Class on 1/23 will be held at the Lake Wilderness Lodge, please do not bring your dog to the first class. All other classes will be held at Lake Wilderness Golf Course.
Novice Dog Obedience-Dogs attend the first class!
This class is designed for students who have completed beginner class and wish to continue training for reliability or competition. Focus will be on team work and handling techniques while practicing for an advanced level. Dogs in this class can test for for the Canine Good Citizen certificate.
