4.) Is there food for purchase?

Yes, come hungry, concessions will be sold at all events this summer.  Help support your local community groups who run the special event and concert concession stand!  Refreshments, including sizzling hot dogs and hamburgers (beef, turkey and veggie options!) will be grilled up!  Drinks, candy and ice cream are available for purchase at all special events and evening concerts from the concessions tent located at the Beach House.

6.) Is there a seating policy?

The City of Maple Valley Parks & Recreation Department prohibits the placement of small unattended tables, chairs or other items reserving spaces on the Amphitheater’s  lawn PRIOR TO 3:00 PM on concert dates. This is to allow for full public access and use of the park during the earlier hours of the day. Unattended items will be collected and placed in a designated area off the lawn.  The following are prohibited by the City of Maple Valley: tents, portable generators, items that disrupt the concert, tape or any other material, or hanging or posting anything on trees, plants or buildings.  Out of courtesy and respect for others, please do not place chairs or tables in areas that may obstruct someone’s view; low chairs and very small tables are encouraged.

7.) What is the rain policy?

Concerts are held rain or shine, unless there are severe weather warnings and/or the threat of lightning in the area.

8.) Are recording devices allowed during a concert?

Yes, unless the artist specifically asks the audience not to.

 9.) May I smoke?

Smoking is allowed in the park.  Smoking is discouraged in the large group setting.

10.) May I bring my dog along?

Dogs, on leash, are welcome in the park. Please bring doggie bags for clean-up.

11.) Can I bring my kids?

Children, accompanied by adults, are very welcome at Music in the Park.

12.) Are there restrooms available?

Restrooms and hand-washing facilities are available at the Beach House.

13.)  Are there trash and/or recycling cans?

Portable recycling & trash receptacles are provided surrounding the concert for your convenience. However, in an effort to minimize the burden on the Parks Department clean-up crew, it is highly recommended that you carry away any waste you produce and deposit it in your home recycling containers.

14.) Where do I park?
