Meeting Agendas and Agenda Packet Materials
The City Council meeting agenda and agenda packet will be posted to the website by the Friday evening before the Monday Council meeting. Agendas are also posted at the Maple Valley Library and the Tahoma School District Central Services Center.

The City Council encourages citizens to express their opinions on any matter within the Council's authority. Oral presentations and written communications are both appropriate methods of expression during public meetings. Written communications also may be directed to the City Council at City Hall.
The Council will take public comment at the beginning and the end of each Regular Business Meeting. The public can address the Council on any subject that is related to the business of the City which is not of a quasi-judicial nature or scheduled for a public hearing. The Council may take public comment at Special Meetings.
During the public comment period, speakers must step to the lectern, placed at the front of the room, and state their name and address for the record. Speakers are asked to limit their remarks to no more than three minutes, or no more than five minutes when presenting the official position of a recognized organization.
Meeting Recordings and Minutes
Audio recordings are made of each City Council meeting. Written minutes summarizing each meeting are also produced and published, upon approval by the Council, to the website.
If you have any questions regarding a City Council meeting or need reasonable accommodations to attend a meeting, please contact Shaunna Lee-Rice, City Clerk, at 425-413-8800 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
