Permit Office Hours of Operation
Maple Valley City Hall will close to the public other than by appointment only beginning at 5:00 p.m. Monday, March 16 through March 31, 2020 and potentially beyond. We will continue to monitor and evaluate.
Applicants needing permits are encouraged to apply online. Those needing to meet with staff, plan drop off will be required to schedule an appointment. To schedule an appointment please call 425-413-8800.

To ensure the safety of all customers and staff, the City of Maple Valley is asking that you consider the following instructions prior to requesting any inspection;
PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST INSPECTIONS WHERE THE WORK IS AN OCCUPIED HOME OR BUILDING. In these situations, please postpone your request for a later date.
If your inspection involves work in an occupied home or work area, please postpone your request for a later date. This applies to replacement of water heaters, furnaces, fireplaces, or other inspection types. Exterior inspections such as decks and patios where social distancing can be adhered to will still be inspected.
Please be aware that inspections may be canceled or postponed at the inspector's discretion if there are any health concerns regarding exposure to sick or symptomatic customers.
