Body Back® is high intensity interval training workouts to keep each workout fun and fresh. Blast calories, increase strength and endurance and connect with fun, like-minded women at the same time. Workout in an all-female, kid-free, supportive and inspiring environment to help you reach your goals! Includes the exclusive digital nutrition & meal-planning guide and recipe book.

Drop in class: $20 (FIRST CLASS IS FREE!)

10 Class Pass: $160
